Custom branded loading experience built for immersive server entry.

A custom loading screen for The Gates FiveM server, built to fill the dead time of server asset downloading with something worth watching. The screen keeps players engaged and reinforces the server’s brand from the first moment they connect.
What it includes
- Server name & loading bar — “THE GATES” wordmark with a segmented progress bar at the bottom showing real-time download progress and a percentage readout
- Music player — top-right audio panel playing curated tracks (e.g. Victory Lap by Fred Again x Skepta x Plag) with transport controls (previous, pause, next) and a volume/progress indicator
- Gallery carousel — image slider with previous/next navigation and dot indicators, cycling through server screenshots or promotional content to build anticipation
- Server description — short paragraph in the top-left giving context about what The Gates is while the player waits
- Social links — Discord, TikTok, YouTube, and website icon links below the gallery for community discovery during load
- Dark, minimal aesthetic — near-black background keeping focus on the content and brand, consistent with the server’s visual identity
Notes
Built as a FiveM NUI resource delivered via CEF. Loading screen state (progress %) is passed through FiveM’s built-in loadingScreen exports.
